4. Payment Terms

  • Payment accepted via bank transfer (wire transfer) in USD, EUR, or JOD.
  • Payment schedule: 50% deposit at order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains all rights to their brand name, logo, and proprietary formulations developed exclusively for them.
  • Beauty Secrets retains rights to base formulations, manufacturing processes, and proprietary Dead Sea ingredient sourcing methods.
  • Confidentiality agreements available upon request for sensitive projects.

6. Quality Assurance

  • All products manufactured under GMP certification standards.
  • Batch testing and quality control documentation provided with each order.
  • Shelf life and stability testing conducted according to international cosmetics standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Beauty Secrets is not liable for regulatory non-compliance in Client’s target markets; Client responsible for obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Maximum liability limited to order value; not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages.
  • Client responsible for proper product usage instructions and safety warnings on final packaging.

Return and Refund Policy

For B2B Manufacturing Services:

Due to the custom nature of OEM/ODM manufacturing and private label production, standard return policies do not apply. However, Beauty Secrets stands behind the quality of all manufactured products.

Quality Guarantee:

  • All products manufactured to approved specifications and GMP standards
  • If finished products fail to meet agreed specifications or quality standards, Beauty Secrets will investigate and remedy at no additional cost
  • Remedy options include: reformulation, remanufacturing, or refund of defective batch

Sample Orders:

  • Sample orders (pre-production samples for evaluation) are non-refundable
  • Purpose of samples is client evaluation and approval before full production commitment

Full Production Orders:

  • Non-refundable once production has commenced following client approval
  • If defects or non-conformance identified within 30 days of delivery, client must notify Beauty Secrets immediately with photographic evidence and batch numbers
  • Beauty Secrets reserves right to inspect returned products or request samples for quality investigation

Client Errors:

  • Errors in client-provided specifications (formulas, packaging designs, labeling) discovered after production are client responsibility
  • Beauty Secrets not responsible for refunds or replacements due to client specification errors or regulatory non-compliance in target markets

Shipping Damage:

  • Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Beauty Secrets will work with shipping carriers to resolve damage claims

Cancellation Before Production:

  • Orders may be cancelled before production commencement with 25% cancellation fee (covering administrative and material procurement costs)
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Standard production lead time: 4-8 weeks after deposit payment and final specification approval
  • Rush production available for additional fee (subject to production schedule availability)

Delivery Responsibilities:

  • EXW (Exworks) Amman, Jordan: Standard terms – Beauty Secrets responsible until goods are handled from factory
  • Client responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees in destination country (unless DDP terms arranged)

Tracking and Documentation:

  • Tracking numbers provided for all shipments
  • Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and GMP certificates included
  • Additional certifications (COA, MSDS, etc.) provided upon request

Delivery Times:

  • Air freight: 5-10 business days after shipment
  • Sea freight: 4-8 weeks depending on destination port

Cancellation Policy (for Service-Based Aspects)

  • Free initial consultation can be cancelled anytime without penalty

Production Orders:

Warranty Coverage:

What’s Covered:

  • Resolution provided within 15 business days of receiving complete claim information
